a set of incomplete code changes caused rfkill (and therefore the network control panel "radio off" control) to stop functioning in 2.6.30 kernels built for XO-1.5 built after Fri Jul 9. this includes builds os207 (UY 1.5HS only), and os302 and os303. others possibly as well.

fix has been pushed. should appear in os304.
