Description

While researching #10453, Gonzalo spotted that hulahop explicitly checks for screen width == 1200 before setting DPI to the XO settings.

(In #10453) confirmed working on XO-1 and XO-1.5 on 11.2.0 build 20, function returns 205339 on both laptops regardless of rotation

As of 12.1.0, hulahop isn't used any more, and we haven't replicated this logic anywhere else. The XO-specific font/scaling tweaks are done in gsettings overrides from olpc-utils.
