I have seen it twice already.

I saw this a lot while working on Record, launching through sugar-launch. Thats good news because it means its not too hard to reproduce. You could probably modify an activity to exit after 1 second idle, and launch it from a bash loop from a terminal.

Patch posted here: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=651795

test RPMs here: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=3108680

With the patch, this is fixed by my counts. I could trivially reproduce the bug with a HelloWorld activity modified to quit itself launched in a loop usually in less than 10 minutes, now it's been running for over an hour with no crash.

Great work Daniel. I would say, let's get the rpm in and test. And maybe yo can attach as well your test script for others to give it a go.

If we have verified this one we can close those two:

Attempted to repeatedly cause a crash starting and closing the Record and HelloWorld activities repeatedly on XO-1 and XO-1.5s for ~30 minutes. I did not see a garbage collection related crash when doing so, but will reopen this if it occurs.
