Description
Forking from #11035
XO-1 has trouble connecting to TP-LINK access point from the initramfs. Basic checks in userspace indicate that this AP is accessible without difficulty. Need to investigate further what is happening.
We know that (due to the firmware) the XO-1 can't connect to some access points, and for others it can only connect unreliably, due to the way the firmware expects very specific probe response behaviour from an AP. But this bug seems to be different as Sam indicates that Sugar seems to achieve 100% reliability in connecting to this AP, and the initramfs achieves 0%.
