os41, q4b08, pressing power then waiting should make the 1.75 sleep, at least thats what the graphic implies

Yes, we haven't implemented sleep yet. Apparently we had not mentioned this in release notes for the B1, so I've updated http://wiki.laptop.org/go/XO_1.75_B1#Software_Restrictions

On os13, works second time.

Pressing power does work fine, the second time. Failure to work the first time is covered by #11497, so I'm closing this ticket.
