Verify wake up from wlan ability on 1.75

Description

The SoC SD interface does not support SDIO wakeups. One possible workaround is to set the SDIO IRQ line (the wakeup line) to an input when we go into sleep and wake from that when the wlan asserts it.

This needs to be verified one we can suspend and resume.
