XO-1.75 AP and CP tags

AP and CP tags do not appear to work at Q4C05 and 0.3.05, the tags can be set, but the EC does not respond by turning on laptop in response to cold boot.

The code is in EC, OFW properly avoids the tags area on write to EC over EDI, but:

- OFW does not write to the EC tags area when the CP or AP tags are changed, and

- OFW does not avoid the tags area on verify of EC over EDI.

Or, I'm just misunderstanding things.

Fixed in svn 2706, OFW does write to EC flags area if CP and AP tags are changed, and OFW does avoid the flags area on verify.
