NIC OS for SKU205 CL2 Q4D05 OFW

1.Open the Scratch APP 2.choose the sounds option,and click the Record, it can record sound first.and click the play button,it have sound output! 3.but when you click the Record again,it can not record audio! Display error information as Block cannot retuurn

This is fixed in 11.3.1 os30; however an updated NIC OS image would be required to fix it for this deployment.
