Description

The CPU frequency shown via the banner command at the OFW prompt is incorrect in 12.1.0 os14/Q4D16.

This is known to be cosmetic; but ideally we shouldn't release 12.1.0 with an OFW build which shows incorrect information.

Q4D17 is in 12.1.0 os15 and seems to solve the CPU frequency display issue.
