Booting into Sugar while already in ebook mode does not enable the OSK. Lifting the lid a little, closing again, and re-focusing on a text widget will enabled it.

This is fixed in https://bugs.maliit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=197

Testing 13.1.0 build 11, XO-4 and XO-1.75:

Booting in ebook mode does _not_ enable the OSK when focusing on text input areas. Opening the screen a little and closing again (and re-focusing an input area) is still needed to trigger the OSK after a boot.

#12326 fixed. Retest in 13.1.0 build 14.

Tested in 13.1.0 build 14. This is working well on XO-4 hardware, you can actually now perform the first boot user name and user colour setup completely in ebook mode without the keyboard! Note for testers with XO-1.75 touch screen hardware, these do not enable the OSK at boot with build 14.

Boothing in ebook mode shows the OSK on XO-4 in 13.1.0 os21.
