svn 3521 fixes this for XO-4 and XO-1.75 for each supported CPU speed.

(In random review of Open Firmware source encountered wait-frame-done example in the DRAM recalibration code. It clears then waits for rising edge IRQs for the video and graphic panel path frames. This might replace the empirically determined synchronisation delay in screen-unfreeze, leading to CPU speed independent unfreeze.)
