Verify that the Linux camera driver correctly disables the camera and that part of the CaFE chip when not in use.

The camera and that segment of the CaFE' chip should be disabled when the device driver is closed.

The tinderbox should check this in its normal operation.

R514 and R515 can be used for this purpose.
