User names aren't displayed when clustered around an activity icon

Description

OFW: Q2C18 Build: 528

On several occasions, I've seen two XOs clustered around a chat activity icon, indicating that they're both in the shared activity. However, whne I mouse over their XO icons, no user information is displayed. The only information I can get is the name of the activity they're in when I mouse over the activity icon.

Yeah, this is not implemented. I think we should punt it to Trial-3, it would be new code and we have worst problems with the mesh view at the moment.
