Cannot use copy in Write activity when shared

I can click the copy button in Write and have it work until I share the activity. Once I do, the button becomes greyed out (along with undo and redo, although these are apparently intentional).

The undo/redo disabling is not intentional _yet_. I didn't want to disable them, as undo/redo will only fail while collaborating in some very hard to trigger corner cases.

I blame sugar for this, as we don't disable the controls in Write as far as I can see.

Looks like the buttons are not disabled when shared, what happens is that they are not _updated_ after the activity has been shared.

My guess is that abiword stops sending signals like 'text-selected' when sharing starts.
