Journal entries appear as black boxes when uploading in Browse

Description

OFW: Q2C18 Build: 536

In Browse, if I click a button to attach/upload a file, I get a window with a list of journal entries to choose from. However, they are filled completely black exept for their corresponding activity icon - I can't read the text description for them. Once they are clicked, they will correct themselves.

Seems likely to be a simple fix, and one with a high payoff.

If the patch is simple, it's ok for Trial-2 (for now).
