If you run the camera application, the colormap ends up screwed up both during use *and* after use.

So the X server/kernel is not doing the "right thing" with the colormap on GX's.

Pushed fix, commit 2c72e7d2b1b780ff97f2bb449d158114c34806bc. I had screwed up saving and restoring colormaps, and we lost the colormap fixup when the DCON code merged, so generally things were bad. They should be happier now.
