Use Read for displaying images

Read can be more suitable for displaying images than Browse or Paint.

We should compile evince with support for gdkpixbuf and associate Read to the images mime type.

Your call about whether the changes to browser and journal are trivial enough to bring those in for Trial-3.

All the image mime types supported by the GdkPixbuf we are shipping, at least image/gif, image/jpeg, image/png and image/tiff.

Building with gdkpixbuf support is not so easy, as we had to hack out evince's gnomevfs dependency.

Marco, you think we can get back the gnomevfs dependency into evince-olpc?

Don't think I'll be able to work on this for FRS unless it gets higher priority from Jim or Kim.

Would be good to update to a more recent upstream evince and try to integrate our changes or simplify our patch.

I think it would be good to update to the latest stable upstream version of evince for Update2. While doing that we could remove some hacks from our fork, try to integrate the other hacks upstream and add support for images and dejavu.

I've read somewhere that the latest evince has substantial performance improvements.

FutureFeatures is completed, so we normal users cannot set to it (and unsets automatically after a modification).
