Description
We need a transition to fill the time between OFW and the first boot name/color/photo chooser, and another to fill the time between the chooser and sugar startup.
The full startup sequence design is documented at http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Startup_Sequence (and in trac #1543). There are probably two parts to this bug: first, to create a generic loading animation before colors are chosen at first boot, and second, to launch the clock-face loading animation with the user's chosen color to cover the transition between the chooser and sugar startup.
