Description

While trying to reproduce #3374 the journal became unresponsive. Apparently the datastore crashed and restarted, but the journal did not reconnect.

Release Note to say restart sugar if the journal is frozen. Moving out to FRS for real fix.

The wrapper around the datastore should detect when the connection has been closed and, after reconnect, emit a signal so users of the wrapper can invalidate all its assumptions about the state of the datastore.
