Description

The paste button should always be rendered in the colors of the currently selected clipping. In order to do this properly, we need to listen for the selection of a clipping (or the creation of a new one, since they auto-select) and automatically update the paste icons in each activity.

This relates to #3692, which has rules for coloring the copy button. These two tickets should really be completed simultaneously.
