Many tools should have a "fixed-aspect" mode

Description

Some tools - in particular shapes and selections - should have a fixed aspect ratio mode, to be activated while holding the SHIFT key. This allows one to create squares and circles instead of rectangles and ellipses. It also allows one to create a symmetrical star. It is also useful for lines, which should snap to straight lines (and perhaps 45s).

Pressing and releasing the SHIFT key should update the preview shape live while creating it.

Will be in 353.

|TestCase| The ellipse, rectangle and line tool have a checkbox in the pallete, to select "Keep aspect", if selected, the ellipse tool will do circles, the rectangle tool will do squares and the line tool will do lines vertical, horizontal and at 45 degrees.

Verified in 10.1.3 os354 that we have controls to keep a fixed aspect ratio for the three tools mentioned above.

The Shift key approach also works to enable this mode while drawing if you move the mouse to alter the object after pressing the Shift key. But pressing the Shift key will not disable this mode if it was forced by the enabling checkbox for a tool.

(I'm not certain if "Keep Aspect" is the best English term for this though. I would say it has a "fixed aspect ratio" in English, but I do not know of a shorter term.

I would have to find a paint program with a similar checkbox to see what they used but most just presume the Shift key trick. From their help pages, others just say things like "hold down Shift to draw a {square, circle, etc.} instead of using something technical.)
