Choosing the "Remove" menu option of an activity launcher doesn't really remove it

Description

  1. Install a new .xo bundle
  2. Choose the "Remove" option from the activity icon on the bottom edge of the frame -> gets removed from it, but its directory remains in ~/Activities/
  3. Restart Sugar, it appears back on the bottom edge of the frame

#3151 says that bundles are uninstalled by removing them from the journal. So this bug only is about the actiity launcher re-appearing after restarting Sugar. There will need to be a way to put it back on the frame, though.
