After setting the image made from painting as background, Etoys can not work properly

Step:
1. Open Etoy and click on the "MAKE A PROJECT" image to enter a clear screen
2. Click the "Make a Painting" button on top of the screen and draw a shape on the canvas
3. Click the "Keep" button in the toolbar on the right to leave the shape on the screen
4. Right-click the shape and choose MENU -> set as background
5. Mouse over every icon on top of the screen and move the cursor to the center of the screen
-> Problem 1: the description of every icon is left on the screen
6. Click the "Stop and Quit Etoys" icon to exit the program. Then resume the project from Journal
-> Problem 2: the background color becomes black from white.
