library POTs - reopening

Latest POT file is needed to be included in Pootle (http://dev.laptop.org/translate). Please regenerate (or ensure) that the POT file is the latest, by doing

 ./setup.py genpot

The current pot is for library-common, covering top-level category names. This needs a pootle page.

Until we have dynamic views, we can provide config/categories.info files for the different langs and check the local lang when makeindex is run. cc:ing mako.

I've fixed in the last code-related content library upload (1-14) which is now in Joyride and which I will file a bug to have moved into Update.1.

This short-term fix works. Reopening because the related pootle files, including the longer strings (not just categories) should still be in Pootle.

We need a pootle collection for the library-activity (just the category strings).

Then in xo-core we also need to include these content bundles :

search, biology [to be added, once po files exist : xo-start, bundle-archive]

And in xo-bundled, include :

icdl (called "books" below) [to be added: media, wp, dictionary-m1, wikibooks]

I would seed it with the 3 po files from http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Localization/Library (and then mark those pages as officially deprecated with links to pootle).

Do you think it would make more sense if we have a seperate project for content ? Translation of software UI and content needs different ways of thinking, and putting these in XO Core might create confusion.

Should this be component = library or component = localization?
