Symlinks are not preserved in .xo bundles

They get converted to regular files when calling setup.py.

Is this really important for Update.1? We dropped several tickets that could have affected user experience positively on the base that they was not critical. And I'm not convinced this qualify as critical.

If it helps activity developers, it is really important. The time bert spent working around this problem could have gone to optimizing, adding features, fixing bugs, etc.
