Ctest cannot see wireless APs

I have two XOs; one B4 and the other Ctest.

The B4 can often see more AP's than the Ctest. This has been reliable across different locations, at different times, on different builds (6xx series, as well as 21x -> 270 joyride).

For example: at home we have a netgear DG834G (802.11b/g, WAP1, ch 11), and the neighbours have an AP (ch 6, WEP). The B4, along with our normal laptops, can see these APs. The Ctest cannot.

The Ctest can mesh with the other XO, and on occasion can also see some (but not as many) APs.

There have been a number of complaints that some laptops don't seem to be getting the RF range expected. This trac issue might fall into that category, like #4068
