Description

While debugging SimCity, I noticed that it was getting messages about buddies coming and going. It's not even a shared app, so I wondered why dbus or sugar or whoever, is sending it these things.

This is an instance of the same sugar.presence API flaw that caused #4027. I don't think it can be fixed without making incompatible API changes, so it'll probably have to be delayed.
