Add a grub alternative for 1280x1024 under emulation.

The default grub alternative is 1024x768 (kernel vga=0x317). There is also a 800x600 (vga=0x314) alternative. Activities which assume 1200x900 end up extending past the edge of the screen.

I suggest adding a third alternative, 1280x1024 (kernel vga=0x31A) to provide a workaround. It being easier to deal with an activity which fails to fill the screen, rather than extending beyond it. The default should however remain unchanged, as this is too big for many peoples' monitors.

Someday someone will figure out how to get 1200x900. But for now...

I'm hoping that this bug is a simple fix, because it's a pretty big roadblock for people testing in emulation. Sure, a knowledgeable user can work around this problem, but I'm trying to get newbies involved, and the harder it is to get functional resolution, the higher that bar is.
