When you download a file with Browse and you take a look at it inside the Journal, the "Description" field is filled with the URL from it was downloaded: 

From: http://mkaufmann.com.ar/~humitos/olpc/HelloTouchGesture-1.xo

So, if you search "mkaufmann" in the Journal Search Entry you will see that entry.
