ejabberdctl-extra.diff patch fails

Following the instructionshttp://wiki.laptop.org/go/Ejabberd_Configuration for Ejabberd 2.0 trunk ejabberdctl-extra.diff fails with:

This patch file appears to be valid for only version 0.9.8

The roster patch applies correctly.

the pep and shared_roster_push patch 1.1.2 with no problems. However the ejabberdctl-extra.diff fails on this branch too.

There is effectively no procedure for a third party to set up a OLPC jabber server.

This patch isn't actually mandatory to get a working configuration, it's just for adding commands to ejabberdctl so you have the means to purge unused old users. You can forget it (and indeed, we don't use it on jabber.laptop.org because we wanted to keep lots of around accounts for load-testing purposes).
