Description
I have spent the last three hours trying to get my XO to work properly, with very little luck. The trackpad will work properly for a few minutes, then I will have no control. Also, despite trying both my WEP password and converting it to a HEX version on the recommended conversion, I'm unable to connect to my home's wifi, which is available via a standard Netgeat 802.11g wireless router.
I am astonished at the poor quality of this product, and the counterintuitive nature of the interface. I feel sorry for the youngsters somewhere in the world who will have to learn on this disappointing machine. I owned an Apple eMate 300 10 years ago that was more reliable, intuitive, and nearly as capable as this XO. I really can't describe how frustrated I feel right now -- and how duped. Please let me know how I can get a proper working model, or provide my money back. My kids are heartbroken.

p.s. This wiki-based documentation and support is *pathetic*. I have no idea what to do with the menus below. You've created a computer for non-users, but only the savviest of users can possibly know how to use the Web to find answers. What hypocracy. Incredible.
