Downloading a file in Browse with multiple instances open causes the dialog to appear in the wrong instance window.

To induce this bug:

1) Open and instance of Browse (instance-1).
2) Open a second instance of Browse (instance-2).
3) Open ticket #5658 in this website in instance-1.
4) Open the link to the jpeg graphic of the keyboard (at http://dev.laptop.org/ticket/5658#comment:55). The page will say that previews are unavailable and that the immage needs to be downloaded. Press the download link.
5) The file appears not to download, but in fact the dialog window opened in instance-2.

This was reproduced in joyride-1497.

This one can be seen as well in Update.1 build 702. It can be quite confusing, if you do not expect it you think the download did not happen at all.

Effect: Open two Browse instances. Start a download in the first instance you opened. The alert that gives feedback about the download will be displayed in the second instance. Having more than one Browse instance open is likely happening when you played audio/video files with Browse.

Browse 90 in joyride 2369. Clicking the Browse button to attach in a Trac ticket, opened the Object Chooser in the 2nd Browse instance. Looks related to this ticket.
