Schoolserver can't currently use DHCP

Description

As of build 150, the need for the schoolserver to properly handle external DNS requests (to support ejabberd) has broken support for DHCP assignment of schoolserver address.

The fix for this has two components:

1.) A hook (an extension to the /etc/dhclient-exit-hook currently in place ?) which changes the /var/named/school.external.zone.db file and restarts named

2.) Support for being a DynDNS client added to the school server build, and appropriate modifications made to xs-dev.laptop.org (the nameserver for xs.laptop.org)
