Inside Paint, you can't edit text inside the Activity Title text box.

Just tested with recent joyride build 1946 on a B4 XO and Paint v19 is still not letting the focus stay in the activity title area. If you click very fast and try and type you can maybe get a letter or two in there, so something in Paint is auto grabbing the focus away continuously.
