Paint Activity

Steps: 1) Tools -> Select an area in painting, 2) Image -> Vertical (or horizontal) scaling, click in number box. 3) Select number, start typing. 4) Manual entry is ignored.

Up and down scaling (i.e. -/+ 1) works, but very slowly.

Manual entry for resizing seems to work, but using the up/down arrows to rescale is still slow in Paint-31 in 11.2.0 os13 (refiled as #10770).
