Description

Figure out and document how we upgrade from USB key / CD.

We need an initial rpm-infrastructure-based strategy. Can be trivial, but we _must_ describe it.

At a later stage upgrades might be generally handled by the ISConf discussed in the management scripts tickets - but this scheme must work anyway.

LiveCD-based installers are not suitable for upgrades. Another vote for moving to Pungi - see #7673 .

Pungi/revisor are not good on F7 - bumping to xs-0.5 and hopefully on F9.
