Map hand buttons to mouse clicks

Description

I thought I had filed a ticket for this long ago, but don't see it : the hand buttons on the keyboard should map to the right and left mouse buttons. They are both easier to reach and more ergonomic, and easier to press. This increased ease is magnified when combining a button pres with mouse use, such as when dragging things or using the stylus pad.

Great idea.

Might be a easy way to also do this using X keyboard remappings via .xsession (similar to how several enterprising users are un-mapping a 'stuck alt key' , See wiki page http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Stuck_keys ).
