Description

Eben's changed the sugar background from #ccc to #fff. Accordingly, here are the new startup frames for OFW.

I'm assuming we'll use the same "appearance of dot below XO man indicates exit from OFW" convention as before, so I've included two frames, one with and one without the dot.

svn 834. Converted boot animation icons to white background.

Will be released in Q2D17. Test version is at http://dev.laptop.org/~wmb/q2d16a.rom

I've tested q2d16a and showed the full thing (q2d16a plus bootanim 0.17) to Eben, who approved.
