Description

Need to start a team and translation efforts to get Norwegian (Norsk bokmål, nb_NO) working for the Sugar UI and the main Activities to make use by Norwegian speaking kids easier.

Goal is to translate: * Terminology * XO Core * XO Bundled

On closer inspection, I see that a separate "Norwegian" language has been added for Scratch project using language code "no". Per comments from the i18n-no mailing list[1], this is a deprecated code. (The same goes for code "nb_NO".) The preferred codes are: 

Code | English name      | Norwegian name
nb   | Norwegian Bokmål  | Norsk (bokmål)
nn   | Norwegian Nynorsk | Norsk (nynorsk)

So the "nb_NO" should be renamed to "nb" only, and language title should be "Norwegian Bokmål" to be consistent with all the other languages listed on Pootle server. Sorry about the confusion.

As for Scratch on "no", it should probably be moved into "nb" as well, but only after contacting the admin on the new "Norwegian" language entry. Since code "no" is deprecated and only an alias and it is usually refers to "nb", it should be avoided both for technical and standardization reasons.

Can you also add Norwegian Nynorsk (nn) to the list of languages. My Pootle username is the same as here, "eirikub".

Changes made. I will be adding Norwegian Nynorsk (nn) asap, and will be trying to coordinate with the admin for Scratch for the change there.
