joyride-2134, browse v88:

Dragging an image from a website onto the clipboard results in a 'ghost' (no icon) item appearing on the clipboard, which cannot be opened or dragged onto anything else.

The "Keep" option is present and results in a useless ghost item being added to the journal.

I'm filing this as a browse ticket because the clipboard seems to be working otherwise. I can drag images from the journal onto the clipboard just fine, and I can drag those images into a write document.

This is working in joyride-2207 (Browse-93). I think it was fixed by #7621
