Finish UI updates for CC metadata selection in Journal

• eben will make mockup by Aug 15.
• starting Aug 15 paulproteus will port the xisting UI to Eben's mockup.

The mockup will be a complete UI imagination for CC licensing. (-:

Ok, Eben made mockups, so next steps are for Asheesh (when he gets time which is going to be not for a while since cc tech is snowed under with cc fall fundraising campaign) to update patch to be like mockups, then push for inclusion in the journal.
