Bounce aborts on joyride-2230 (pygame.mixer is missing)

Description

The Bounce activity aborts on joyride-2230 because it cannot find pygame.mixer. It did work on joyride-2212. This has to do with the removal of SDL mixer somewhere around joyride-2220. So it seems we need SDL mixer (and pygame.mixer) back to get a working Bounce activity.

cahalan reports this as a regression. Please add SDL_mixer to our builds and prune any extra deps if necessary to hold to our space budget.

i'll take care of it yes. It was unintentionally removed as a side effect of other work I was doing.
