Description

The customization key should have a means to interact with the (command-line) sugar-control-panel, so that deployments can set any control panel keys during initial customization.

This includes some properties which are not exposed via the s-c-p GUI (because they are exposed via other means) such as activities favorite status, location in the free form view, ordering in ring view, and default favorites view. A separate 'profile' module should probably be created to expose these properties via the sugar-control-panel command-line interface (no GUI "view" is necessary or desirable).

Current build/customisation system (olpc-os-builder) supports customisation of favourite activities, but not their location on the home screen or the default home screen mode.
