Circle of chatting laptops disappears with 24+ laptops connected to a school server, while the chat is still working.

Does #5904 need to be resurrected? (regression?) Or is this a new bug.

Does not sound like the same bug. We will have to figure out if it's UI bug or presence service.

Is there a limit at which this works properly, and beyond that the XOs disappear? (Joe - we can try to test if 20 XOs never disappear).

We need more reports to make this block. Also, we want to know how many it works at.

Retested with 19 laptops sharing Chat and Browse. With 16 laptops, observed 2 (Chat and Browse) circles in the Neighborhood window. Added 3 laptops, the Chat circle disappeared (though Chat was still running). Downgraded to 16 laptops, the Chat circle started to appear in one of the laptops.
