Cannot drag image from clipboard

1. Open browsw 2. Search for an image on google imgs 3. Get the frame, drag an img to the left-side-bar of the frame 4. From the home view, start Paint 5. Once paint has opened, invoke the frame and drag the image to the canvas

The icon for the clipboard item snaps back - Paint does not accept the drag and drop action.

• This workflow is how you get images on Write
• The same img opens correctly in Paint if I
  1. invoke the frame,
  2. from the clipboard item menu, pick 'Open with: Paint'

I think this is a very important workflow!

I marked it for 9.1 but would like to see it fixed ASAP.
