Laptop was connected only to mesh, but hovering over (two) network circles in the bottom of the screen showed (wrongfully) connections to both, mesh and Media Lab networks

Description

The machine was running Write (was privately invited for a Write session by another laptop; both were connected over the mesh network). Then, after ~ 2 hours, I tried to type something into the Write window, and Write disappeared. Hovering over network connection circles (two!) in the bottom of the screen showed that the laptop was connected to both, mesh and Media Lab networks, at the same time. In reality, it was connected only to a mesh network. The log file is attached.

dup of #8281 where an identical Write crash is reported. The wlan circles are unrelated and the bug you describe has existed for all eternity and is tracked in other tickets.

So, why not to fix this very confusing bug? Maybe it'a time to rectify this.
