Build 8.2-767, q2e18

On a Dari keyboard, open the terminal activity and type characters; use the language changer to try both dari and roman characters. All the Dari characters are ?

If you type in the neighborhood search box, you can get the Dari characters.

Please do not use the Terminal for testing input. It would almost always show odd behaviour for complex scripts - the terminal's primary job is to accept commands written in the Latin script, and it does that quite well :-).
