In 767 candidate, chat icon off of the field in the neighborhood view in a few of my test bed XOs

Description

I'm running collaborative tests with 50 machines, in the neighborhood view of four of them you cannot see the chat icon to get into the chat. You can see the circle of XOs in the chat already but it moved off screen (so you really only see a fraction of those in the chat).

This ticket should be tested in a newer version and then either

1) Closed as fixed

or

2) Re-filed in the Sugar Labs bug tracker with component = chat, and closed here as "wontfix". Please paste a link to the new ticket as a comment when closing.
