Paint tool cursors are mis-calibrated

Description

From their cursors, it is hard to tell where some tools in the Paint activity will act. For example, the paint brush tool cursor actually draws at the lower end of the icon's handle, not the end of the brush. For another example, try using the Fill tool on a small shape.

Drawing, erasing, filling, and shape creation should consistently originate from the lowest left visible pixel of the cursor.

Reproduced on my XO (also Paint 23 and 8.2-767). This would be a real nuisance for anyone trying to do serious work rather than just squiggles.

I am curious: has anyone ever done a serious creative composition using XO Paint? I find the trackpad too clumsy.
