Description

Aymara speakers will probably want to see Spanish as a fallback language instead of the default English. Sugar and the rest of the OLPC components need to support this.

Sugar in 11.2.0 supports multiple language fallback.

Waiting to see what we do with olpc-configure and potentially other affected components (if any).
